Mary Ann lives on the Herefordshire borders, where she makes her individually designed pots.

She originally trained as a Graphic Designer specialising in 3D Illustration at Norwich School of Art and later at the University of Central England

In her early career she worked at Emu Wools as a knitting pattern designer. In 1988 she reached the finals of the BBC 'Clothes Show' Knitting Competition

Mary Ann interests include: wood carving, puppetry, papier mache, photography and gardening
